It is a huge dream of many of my tribe that we are engaged productively in society. Pinnacle of life for many might be moving up the ladder measured in terms of metrics that we have not had inputs into. My major hope is that we get to change the rules of the game.
From being told what we cannot do to being asked what we prefer to.
From being made to feel useless to lamenting that we are used less.
From being robbed of our bodies to letting us bank on them.
From moving across countries to find life in dignity and peace to being peacemakers and moral compasses where you are born.
From being liked by some to respected by all. From being loved by a few to be friends with many.
From waiting for advanced medicine to advancing medicine and science.
From being spectators of our destinies to leaving lasting legacies.
I have a dream that our opportunities are indeed vast.
