Love is impossible to understand or reason
Yet it is one of the most beautiful gifts to receive
Some have this aura of love around them
That makes you want to bask and revel
The world i was inhabiting was just poised for growth
Open mind and an embracing heart looking for a cotraveller
Whose curious mind and beautiful heart had the keys
To a section of a vault of treasures that remained hidden
They always seemed to have the right questions
Their mindful presence took me to their living room
Conversations were kind and meaningful
Topics were imaginative and inspiring
Different poets began to enter our lives
Dialogues, responses and collaborations emerged
Their love, passion and dedication orchestrated
Some of the best pieces of my symphony.
